Haunted Happenings at HerStoryCalls!

Welcome. We at HerStoryCalls will be switching things up for the month of October. My cohorts and I will be writing terrifying, spooky and downright horrifying short tales for your reading pleasure. We will be telling you about our writing journey and then posting what we have written for the week, culminating on Halloween by posting our completed tale. 

We invite you to join us by writing your own frightening story. On Tuesday of each week, we invite you to post part of your haunting tale for some feedback and critique from our group. Too frightened to try?  Fear not!  There will be no torture.  There will be no flogging.  We will be gentle. 

We also invite you to comment on each of our posts throughout the week. At the end of each week, on Sunday, a winner will be chosen to receive a prize.  We have chosen only the best gifts for our readers!  From Amazon gift cards to ebooks.  Don’t forget to leave your email when you post so we can get in touch with you if you win.

But there’s more!  On Halloween, we will all post our fearsome tales for your enjoyment. 

One grand prize winner will be chosen on Halloween, at midnight, from the entire month of commenters. The grand prize winner will receive a basket of books, trading cards and other swag.
